ST PAUL’S PARISH SACRAMENTS PROGRAMME 2024 Dear Parishioners You are invited to enrol your child in this year’s Sacraments Programme. The Sacraments of Initiation in the Diocese of Geraldton are Baptism, Reconciliation, Eucharist and Confirmation. Candidates need to have been baptised before receiving any of the other Sacraments. Please contact the Parish Office immediately if your child has not been baptised. Enrolment for First Reconciliation is available for persons who are in Year 3 (or above) in 2024. Enrolment for First Eucharist is available for persons who are in Year 4 (or above) in 2024. Enrolment for Confirmation is open for persons who are in Year 6 (or above) in 2024. Older children are welcome to join the program – please enquire at the Parish Office about the required preparation. Enrolment Information All completed forms will need to be returned with a copy of your child’s Baptism Certificate prior to the preparation of each Sacrament. For First Reconciliation, forms and payment are due by the 5th of February. For First Eucharist, forms and payment are due by the 13th of May. For Confirmation, forms and payment are due by the 17th of June. Please email your completed forms to This email address is being protected from spambots. If you do not register your child and attend the workshops, they will be deferred until 2025. Parent and Child Information Evenings As part of the program, parents must attend parent & child workshops in the weeks leading up to the celebration of the sacraments. At the Parent and Child Evenings, we discuss all aspects of your child’s sacraments. These evenings consist of:
All, including the dates and times of the Sacraments, practise/retreat day, what to wear and photography, etc., will be discussed at these meetings. Attached to this letter are the relevant dates for each of the sacraments. Other Requirements The cost of the program, including certificates, photocopying, devotional items, decorations and retreat day expenses, etc., payment is requested as follows:
Payment can be made via Quickcliq.com.au and selecting “Events” and then selecting the Sacrament. Non St Paul’s Primary School families can register with Quickcliq using “Sacramental Program” in the “Room” & “Teacher” fields.
